If you thought the secret 3DS project by Namco Bandai, Sega, and Capcom was a fighting game, I'm sorry to tell you that you were wrong. As revealed by Famitsu magazine, the game turns out to be a simulation RPG. The game is called Project X Zone, and we have a few scans:









And to add to that, we have the full cast of characters who will appear in the game:

Actually, I don't care about any of these characters. Oh well.

The only team I'm interested in is Dante x Demitri. Oh well, doesn't look that exciting.

I'm kinda glad it's not a fighter, that roster would (and is) have been pretty weak.

I am super okay with this roster I don't know what both of you are talking about.
I mean it's not even a fighter, an RPG normally doesn't get something this large.
Besides all that most characters are from pretty damn good RPGs and Strategy games which I, by the way, encourage anybody to play.

This may be a buy for me assuming the gameplay is, you know, good. Which it probably is because I wouldn't doubt Namco in making an RPG fun but you never know.

Yeah, I think this is a solid roster too.

Combining these characters in an RPG is an interesting idea. This one will surely be on my radar.

Wow this seems like it could be a really good game! I'll probably be picking this one up to add to my collection!

MORE DETAILS:
-The character list, as it turns out, is NOT final! There are unannounced characters and hidden characters.
-Signature moves can be combined to make a strong attack.
-We have some more direct feed screenshots.
-The game is about half done, with the current Japanese release date being a vague '2012'.

Man this sounds exactly like Namco x Capcom.

I'm not complaining, just as long as it gets RELEASE OVER HERE.
